📝 Description
The V19R Sarbloh Sikh Kara is a substantial Pure Iron heavy Chakri-style Kada featuring the meaningful Sikh words ਮਨ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਮੱਤ ਉੱਚੀ – Mann Neeva Matt Uchi in contrasting gold-tone engraving.
The inscription is beautifully engraved around one face of the Kara, while the opposite side remains plain and smooth, as shown in the actual product photographs.
Its combination of an antique silver/dark Sarbloh finish and gold-tone Gurmukhi lettering creates a distinctive traditional appearance.
At approximately 145–175g, with an approximate 7.5mm width and 15mm inner-to-outer profile, this is a substantial Kara designed for buyers who prefer a heavier and more prominent style.
Crafted in Sri Amritsar Sahib, Punjab, the V19R combines traditional Sarbloh construction, Sikh identity and a meaningful message centred on humility and elevated thinking.
🪯 Meaning of ਮਨ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਮੱਤ ਉੱਚੀ
ਮਨ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਮੱਤ ਉੱਚੀ

This well-known Sikh expression is associated with the Ardas and conveys the principle of maintaining humility while keeping one's thinking, wisdom and conduct elevated.
Mann Neeva – ਮਨ ਨੀਵਾਂ
Literally conveys the idea of keeping the mind humble or low.
It encourages:
• Humility
• Freedom from excessive ego
• Modesty
• Respect for others
• Living without arrogance or vanity
Matt Uchi – ਮੱਤ ਉੱਚੀ
Conveys the idea of maintaining elevated understanding, wisdom or thinking.
It encourages:
• High moral standards

• Virtuous thoughts and actions
Together, Mann Neeva Matt Uchi expresses a powerful Sikh principle: remain humble in yourself while keeping your thinking, values and conduct elevated.
The engraved wording makes this Kara both a traditional Sikh accessory and a meaningful everyday reminder of these values.
🪯 Sikh Kara Significance
The Kara is one of the Five Kakars (Panj Kakaar / 5Ks) associated with the Khalsa tradition established by Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji at Vaisakhi in 1699.
The Five Kakars are Kesh, Kangha, Kara, Kachera and Kirpan.
The Kara's continuous circular form is traditionally associated with:
• Remembrance of Waheguru
• Sikh identity and discipline
• Commitment to righteous actions
• Unity and continuity
• Connection with the Guru's teachings
Sarbloh Karas are especially valued by many Sikhs who prefer the traditional Pure Iron form.

📏 Size Guide
All variation sizes refer to the INNER DIAMETER of the Kara in centimetres.
For the most reliable measurement:
- Take an existing Kara that fits comfortably.
- Place it flat on a level surface.
- Measure straight across the centre.
- Measure from one inside edge to the opposite inside edge.
- Do not include the thickness of the Kara.
- Select the closest available inner-diameter size.
Because the V19R is a solid closed and heavy Kara, it must comfortably pass over the widest part of your hand and knuckles.
🧽 Sarbloh Care
Sarbloh is Pure Iron, so its natural behaviour differs from stainless steel.
Pure Iron may react with moisture, perspiration and air, causing surface oxidation, rust, darkening or changes in finish.
For routine care:
• Keep reasonably dry when not being worn
• Wipe after exposure to moisture or perspiration
• Use a clean kitchen towel or soft cloth for routine cleaning
• Surface oxidation can usually be cleaned using an appropriate method for Pure Iron
• Avoid aggressive polishing over the gold-tone lettering, as repeated polishing may affect the decorative finish
🎯 Ideal For
• Singh & Kaur
• Sarbloh Kara wearers
• Heavy Sikh Kara enthusiasts
• Khalsa identity
• Daily Sikh wear
• Amritdhari Sikhs
• Punjabi cultural wear
• Sikh spiritual gifts
• Gurpurab gifts
• Vaisakhi gifts
• Amrit Sanchar gifts
• Sikh wedding gifts
• Meaningful religious keepsakes

⚠️ Important Information & Protective Disclaimer
Please read carefully before purchasing – this Kara is Sarbloh (Pure Iron), not stainless steel.
Sarbloh naturally reacts with moisture, perspiration and air. Surface oxidation, rust marks, darkening, colour variation and changes in finish can naturally occur before or after use. These are inherent characteristics of Pure Iron and should not automatically be regarded as manufacturing defects.
These Karas are traditionally manufactured and finished in Amritsar. Individual pieces may therefore show grinding marks, polishing lines, small scratches, dents, tool marks, dark areas, minor cuts, joint/finishing marks, tiny holes, uneven areas and slight variations in shape, thickness or surface texture resulting from forming, shaping, grinding, engraving, transportation and finishing.
The gold-tone engraved lettering may vary slightly in colour, depth, positioning and finish between individual pieces. Normal friction, moisture, cleaning and repeated polishing can gradually alter the appearance of the decorative gold-tone engraving.
Measurements and weights are approximate and may vary according to size and individual manufacture. Please carefully check the required inner diameter before ordering.
Colour may vary due to photography, camera flash, lighting, reflections and individual screen settings.

AI-generated presentation images may show the product slightly differently from the actual item in shape, engraving details, colour, finish or proportions.
